25 years ago, the Mazda MX-5 was launched. A large proportion of the population regard the two-seater Mazda as the benchmark roadster thus creating a reason to celebrate.
It is based on the 2 litre, 160 hp, Roadster Coupé with either a six speed manual or automatic gearbox.
The exclusive Soul Red Metallic goes exceptionally well with the Brilliant Black-painted folding hardtop, A-pillars, and door mirror surrounds, whilst sitting on 17″ Dark Gunmetal alloy wheels. Inside, you will find off-white leather seat upholstery and door trim – a perfect contrast with the two-tone black exterior features.
The next generation MX-5 will feature a new SKYACTIV chassis. This allows a mid-front-mounted engine closer to the car’s centre of gravity, creating better balance within the chassis. Combined with the rear-wheel drive configuration, this will make for a sweeter handling car than before.
